The rural cottage, an old flour mill dating from Arab times, is situated in the Laguna de El Padul, within the boundaries of the Natural Park of Sierra Nevada. The estate offers 3c country houses with a capacity of 4 persons and the possibility of an extra bed. This cortijo has got many different species of fruit trees, such as centenary walnut, fig, membrillo, pear, cherry.
The building conserves the original materials such as the Arab ceramic, roof tiles, lime washed stone walls, terracotta floor tiles and some of the furniture which originally occupied these cosy, comfortable spaces. The accommodation has got a garden of some 600m with swimming-pool of 6x3 m. It is worth emphasising the fact that this holiday resort is blessed with significant sources of natural spring water.
